At CAMI NYC, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 21 days of the ship date.

Return Process

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, or choose a QR code option for a printerless experience.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
